The DEI Task Force was created in 2021 to carry out a systematic audit of ACS and make recommendations. As part of the audit, NonProfit HR conducted a survey of our membership in 2023. The Task Force then presented parts of these survey findings at ACS Buffalo this past summer.  View the results below.

Here are a few key takeaways, with additional information being shared in the coming months:

• Membership numbers and data is most likely underreported, thus skewing the final report.
• Reported membership is overwhelmingly White.
• There is a stark contrast of views on inclusivity within ACS from members of the following states: New York, California, Wisconsin.
