Since before the height of the pandemic, cheese sales have been strong, and a bright spot in the dairy category. Yet to remain strong, we must evolve with the changing consumers' wants and needs. This session defined the emerging consumer with current and future purchase power, explored consumer trends influencing food choices, and identified opportunities for driving cheese sales.
