Michael Sadler has made a living in specialty food for over two decades. After years in New York third wave coffee scene, he pivoted to the world of specialty cheese. As a sales leader at Forever Cheese, he drives regional and independent development, spearheads new partnerships, and engages the industry via webinars and other public events. He has sold to everyone from neighborhood cheese and coffee shops, to luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants , as well as major food retailers and distributors coast to coast.
