To celebrate 40 Years of the American Cheese Society, the ACS Education Committee asked video and picture submissions from the ACS community to share during our Annual Conference.  And our community delivered!

We've included below the two video compilations that were shared during the 2023 Conference, and then all the awesome long form interviews and short videos that were submitted by members for everyone to enjoy.

ACS would like to thank Val , from Dairy Connection, for conducting and sharing many of these interviews on behalf of ACS.  We would also like to thank Katie Porter from Dairy Connection and Emily for coordinating these interviews.  And we would like to thank every ACS member and volunteer that participated in sharing their own videos and memories!
